Preliminary Works Agreements (PWA’s), can turn your initial ideas into a development approved project ready for construction, without the commitment of a building contract. Only once you are happy, and you instruct us, will we create a building works contract (HIA contracts are used).
If you already have working drawings, engineering or council approvals, we can include these into your building contract, to avoid those upfront costs.
Concept drawings – your ideas drawn up,
Preliminary footing report, incl. bore logs & contour survey,
Preliminary quote is made,
Council Planning Stage
Planning drawings created and submitted,
Council planning approval is sought,
HIA Contract is prepared,
Construction Stage
Construction working drawings are prepared,
Final footing report is sought,
Timber design (wall and roof) finalised,
Energy efficiency assessment completed,
Interior design/colours chosen,
Private certification completion,
Council development approval sought,
CITB levies finalised if project cost exceeds $40,000.
